2. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage
Our Service utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence (including Google Gemini) to analyze your Strava data and generate recommendations. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept the following:
- AI Hallucinations: AI models can occasionally generate incorrect, nonsensical, or unsafe advice ("hallucinations"). You must use your own judgment when following any AI-generated plan.
- Variable Output: The same data inputs may result in different outputs at different times.
- No Human Oversight: The plans are generated automatically without human review. They are not vetted by clinical dietitians.
3. Use of Your Data
To provide our "Smart Fueling" features, we access your activity data (e.g., heart rate, power, elevation) from connected services like Strava.
- We do not own your specific workout data.
- We process this data solely to generate your personalized outputs.
- Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data handling and deletion.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProRefuel and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the service.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
